Cherié and Tom held their wedding at The Royal Institute of British Architects in London. From start to finish it was a classy, elegant day full of love and laughter, and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained throughout the day, too. Cherié and Tom were drawn to the building’s wonderful Art Deco style and this theme extended throughout the whole wedding day. The couple were also keen on natural, candid pictures and so, being a documentary wedding photographer, my style was also a perfect fit for their day.
The RIBA building itself is stunning and offered many great opportunities for me to appease my love of straight lines and symmetry. The light coming through the large windows during the ceremony was so wonderful to work with so I’m really pleased that they opted to hold their ceremony in this particular spot within the room.
Here is a small selection of my favourites from the day. If you’re a bride or groom planning your own wedding at The Royal Institute of British Architects in London please do get in touch to discuss your wedding photography.
